Last year we had a pipe break underneath our kitchen at our Assisted Living Community. By the time we realized there was a problem, there was a HUGE mess under the kitchen. I had called around to multiple companies in the area practically begging for help. Two companies scheduled appointments with us and did not show up. I was then back on the phone searching for someone to help. I had the pleasure of getting in contact with Sean. He said that their schedule was booked out a way but once he heard the severity of our problem, he came out to assess the situation himself and promptly put a plan in place to get things fixed. Everyone who came out to work underneath the building to get things repaired and cleaned up was very professional, kind, courteous and punctual. If I wasn't available, they were always sure to leave a detailed message on progress and communicated next steps. Their prices are very fair and reasonable. Even our insurance adjuster said that he had been doing this line of work for many years and said that their cost for services was very honest, fair and reasonable. Restore-U would be my first (and only) call in the event of an emergency.

A broken faucet attached to the washer proved to be a major problem resulting in not only water on the laundry floor, but mold and water damage in the walls and floors. Restore U came the next day, moved appliances and cabinets, pulled off the sheetrock, covered what they could, and started removing moisture. A few days later the heaters were placed. It was a big job (at least as far as we're concerned), yet they were prompt, courteous, and thorough. I hope we never need their services again. Should we, I'll call them in a heartbeat! I want to thank you for your kindness and understanding when I called to have my father's house clean on very short notice. A stellar service requires acknowledgement and expression of appreciation. You Sean, and your team came to my rescue by completely cleaning my 97 year-old father's house on very short notice. The team went the extra mile to help our family. I needed to rescue my father from a "rehab" facility. The issue was that my father was now in a wheelchair and his house was full of "stuff" and very dirty. He is a hoarder. The house, refrigerator, and bathroom were not cleaned in six years. There was mildew around the windows in the bedroom. In two days, you and your team gave the house a thorough cleaning, enabling my father to return home, and move around in his wheelchair, while waiting for a surgery date. After surgery in February, my father now 98 and no longer in a wheelchair is living comfortably and independently in his house, as it should be. It is difficult for me to truly express how much it meant to me and my husband that you went the extra mile to help us out with such short notice.
